Prices and Taxes:
All prices listed are exclusive of sales tax. A Virginia sales tax of 5.5% will be added to all orders originating from Virginia residents.

Payment:
Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and debit/credit check cards are accepted. Cash, checks or ship COD is not accepted. All credit card transactions are encrypted using 128-bit secure socket layer technology and processed through Authorize.net © for secure online payment processing.

Custom Orders:
Custom orders may be requested. Please contact Annsley with your special needs. A quote will be provided.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to change or cancel an order please notify Annsley immediately. Every effort will be made to accommodate any changes; however, once an order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Refunds and credits can only be given upon return of merchandise in its original unopened condition.

Shipping:
Orders received by 1:00 PM EST are shipped the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Food items such as certain chocolates are shipped Monday through Thursdays. Saturday deliveries are available to residences only thru FedEx. Contact Annsley to request a Saturday delivery. All purchases will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. UPS ground shipments are delivered between 1 – 6 business days. 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air services are available for an additional charge.

Orders are not shipped to P.O. boxes. Shipments are made only to the Continental United States. Annsley regrets that shipping is not currently available for Puerto Rico. Please refer to the chart below for ground freight shipment charges within the Continental United States. Orders originate from Dumfries, Virginia.

Shipping Multiple Gifts to Multiple Addresses:
When ordering multiple gifts to be shipped to multiple addresses, it is necessary to submit separate orders. Orders containing food items will not be shipped on Fridays during the months of June, July, August and September.

Perishable Items:
Chocolate items are not shipped during summer months. In this case Annsley will substitute chocolate items with less perishable items.
