Returns:
Should you or your gift recipient receive anything that is damaged or defective, contact Annsley within 7 business days of receipt of the gift. A prompt replacement, partial or complete refund will be given. NOTE: Returns can only be accepted on non food and non personalized gifts.

Incomplete and Incorrect Addresses:
Annsley will make every effort to ensure that your gift reaches its destination in a timely fashion. If your order arrives late due to shipper (UPS or Fedex) delay, all shipping charges will be credited. If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, Annsley cannot guarantee delivery. Redelivery charges will apply to all orders requiring reshipment due to incomplete or incorrect address information. Please be sure to fill out shipping information as correctly and complete as possible, for example do include apartment and suite numbers where applicable. Please include the recipients phone number incase they need to be contacted.

Item Substitution:
Occasionally it may become necessary to substitute a food item in a basket in order to meet demands. On these occasions, Annsley shall substitute any food item with another food item of equal or greater value at no extra cost.

Gift Wrapping:
All gift baskets are wrapped in cellophane or shrink wrapped for shipping. Hand tied ribbons, trims and gift cards are provided without charge.
